Lentil Snack Pies. On the go yums!


Inspired by this amazing recipe from Delish Knowledge.

Filling additions/subs:

Crust additions/subs

  • I used 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon of unstrained oat milk

With these lentil pies, I made a few additions to it. The recipe by itself was pretty perfect! Definitely a keeper.

Next time I will be adding sage to the crust like I do with our pot pies.
