Inspired by this amazing recipe from Delish Knowledge.
- 2 Tablespoon TVP
- 2 Pureed medium carrots
- I sub 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 Tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast
- 2 Tablespoons of Braggs Liquid Aminos
- I used 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon of unstrained oat milk
With these lentil pies, I made a few additions to it. The recipe by itself was pretty perfect! Definitely a keeper.
Next time I will be adding sage to the crust like I do with our pot pies.
