Personally, animal welfare and environmental harm are two things very close to me, so that is likely to reflect in the perspectives I take when it comes to planning.

When it comes to vegan food most people are clueless when to start. They don’t even know where to start, but when it comes to event catering, the tiniest bit of assistance in the events blogosphere can help us move towards having more options for everyone.
