Sunshine Smoothie


1/4 cup cashews

1/4 cup of water

1/4 cup almond milk

1 -2 small carrots

1/2 orange

1/2 cup mango




  1. Blend cashews and water till smooth.
  2. Add the last rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a pretty cup and drink the happiness


Cashews are my substitute for bananas as a thickener in smoothies. You can also use ground flax, peanut butter, and almond butter.

A dash of cinnamon makes it yummier, and pineapple.
